This picture depicts the lives of several young adults living in the ghetto. All of these people are based on students from my school. I'm not the best artist but I think I did this pretty well. I'm actually beginning the concept work for a play based on the ghetto. It's about a black woman named Parisha who falls in love with a white boy named Toby but tensions arise when there is criticism from both sides of their worlds however a new danger is present as a bitter enemy seeks to destroy all those that ruined him. It's a good story. I'm making it into a musical.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
